Western-themed, little isolated pockets of civilization divided by vast tracts of unexplored wilderness.
Dominant Race/Nobility: Dwarf. Being able to withdraw underground during the Cataclysmic Event, they were best equipped to take control in the aftermath, also having an easy source of wealth [mining] to further solidify that power base.
Adventuring/Exploring Society – A group dedicated to finding new areas in the game world, also involved in spreading news and information throughout the smaller towns and communities. Primary members: Bards.
A relatively small part of the world has been explored and made habitable after the C.E., perfect analogue for Western expansion in the US.
Gunslingers are extremely rare, but all connected in some fashion — at least in knowledge of the technology required. Guns and ammunition are extremely uncommon, and difficult to find.
Druids are even scarcer — the PC druid and her family [if living] are the only ones known of in the game world.
